Origin - Hand-Built Grey Ceramic Sculpture

Origin is a hand-built ceramic sculpture that explores emergence, form, and quiet strength. Coiled in grogged grey stoneware and finished with a white slip that has been gently washed back, the surface reveals a soft, textured quality that enhances the piece’s sculptural presence.

The form curves inward and opens through two central voids, suggesting both enclosure and expansion. Its silhouette carries echoes of the vessel and the body, grounded, abstract, and quietly expressive.
