Sculptural Ceramic Vessel - Grey Clay with White Slip

This vessel is hand-coiled from coarse grey stoneware clay. After the first firing, a thin layer of white slip is applied and then gently wiped back, bringing out the texture and soft curves of the form.

With its rounded shape and narrow opening, it feels calm and contained. The surface is unglazed, leaving the clay exposed and tactile. A quiet, sculptural piece made slowly by hand.
